[Freeswitch-users] Polycom uses second line on multi-line phone

I have a Polycom-550 phone (version 3.2.3) which has a few lines
registered on it. When a new call is dialled it usually seizes the first
line, except one case. The possiblities are:

   - When you pickup the handset or press the speaker button - the first
   line is used.
   - When you dial the digits and then press "dial" or lift the handset the
   first line is used.
   - When you dial the digits and press the speaker button the phone behaves
   as follows:
    - A call is generated on the first line.
      - After getting "Trying" the call is cancelled by the phone.
      - The phone dials the number via the second extension.
      - All this process is done in a fraction of a second.

This happens on all our phones, so it seems like a configuration issue or
some bug; I can't find any parameter that might control it.
BTW, we have call.stickyAutoLineSeize set to 1.

any idea?

                  Thanks, __Yehavi:
