[Freeswitch-users] dial tone appears on the background after holding and un-holding

Hello,

  I have some odd and sporadic problem with Polycom phones and shared lines.
It happens quite rarely to users and I did not manage so far to regenerate
it at my lab.

  There are  a few Polycom 550 phones (version 3.2.3) who share the same
extension number. The user answers the line on one phone, put it on hold and
unhold  on another phone. Sometimes, after doing the unhold he hears a dial
tone in the background. After 20-30 seconds this dialtone dissapears. The
other side does not hear it.

Anyone had such an incidence and can shed some light?
BTW, the FreeSwitch version is 1.0.6
