No. It's been talk about it back in time, but most people seems to be happy
buying commercial solutions - or using some other project when it comes to
SS7.
It exist 5 SS7 projects in open source that I am aware of - all GPL.

I am wondering if there is a free/opensource solution of SS7 that can be
used with FreeSWITCH.
For example someting like chan_ss7 for Asterisk.
Are you aware of it?

with FS.
