[Freeswitch-users] enforcing RTP payload numbers for codecs

Hey Tzury,
I don't think you can change that as of now unless you modify
src/mod/codecs/mod_speex/mod_speex.c
There is an ianacode array at the bottom filled with 99.
Now, the inevitable question is, why do you need to change it?
