Hi David,

Oh God, yes, them.

They are Russians, based in Moscow. Personally, I think such flagrant abuse
of technology for fraud should be pursued to the maximum possible legal
extent, but alas .. Russian telcos, like the profitable mineral and carbon
industries are Mafia territory.
