[Freeswitch-users] Failed to connect to a SKYPE API

you are probably running skype and FS as different windows users
(maybe skype as yourself and fs as administrator, or local_account, or
whatever).

both skype client AND freeSWITCH need to be running as the same
windows user, so FS can find the Skype client
