[Freeswitch-users] Is there support for custom fields for all events

not exactly, but you can set channel variables in the dialplan and those
will be in every event about that channel.
so you can make a global exten in your dialplan to set the variable before
anything else.

the hostname of the box is also in every event.
finally you could post a bounty request for some list of special variables
to add to every event on the bounty page or in jira under bounties. probably
about $500 by my estimation.
