Less than one second will usually mean ZERO... you can use
Caller-Profile-Created-Time: 1262619753748917
Caller-Channel-Created-Time: 1262619753748917
Caller-Channel-Answered-Time: 1262619754069545
Caller-Channel-Progress-Time: 0
Caller-Channel-Progress-Media-Time: 1262619754069545
Caller-Channel-Hangup-Time: 0
Caller-Channel-Transfer-Time: 0
These will give you in nano second I think.. maybe micro second.
