[Freeswitch-users] Difference Between "bridge" and "transfer"

Whilst on this subject, if I receive a call from PSTN and I 'bridge' it to
another PSTN extension, will the PSTN Provider charge me for the 'b-leg' or
will the original caller be charged the entire call?
