Finally I manged to install the g729. This may helpful if someone face the same problem like mine
mount -o remount,exec /tmp
run the fsg729-167-installer
mount -o remount /tmp

I figured out that is the problem. I try the installer with my development box , no issues.
Do you know any workaround for this situation?
Can I do this way
remount the /tmp as exec
once install finished the install
remount /tmp to nonexec
