The new behavior of mod_skypopen is to answer incoming calls when it's
directed to do so with an explicit "answer" command in dialplan (or
equivalent from esl or whatever).

latest git commit on windows. So, maybe (just maybe) on windows it
does not answer calls.

Just revert to the mod_skypopen version prior to the last mod_skypopen
git commit.

For the eavesdropping silent problem, I answered on Jira: need more info.
