[Freeswitch-users] Problems with nat

It's a windowsserver which is behind a router.
Which profile should local-network-acl be specified on?
When I bridge calls to the outside world, should I use
sofia/internal/<phoneNumber>@gateway or
sofia/external/<phoneNumber>@gateway?
