I really didn't change anything.
I was running 1.0.4 and now built from SVN...I see the oddly placed entry in ivr.conf.xml
<sscode_invalid.wav/configuration>...removed it now its error on somewhere here:
<configuration name="xml_rpc.conf" description="XML RPC">
<settings>
<!-- The port where you want to run the http service (default 8080) -->
<param name="http-port" value="8080"/>
<!-- if all 3 of the following params exist all http traffic will require auth -->
<param name="auth-realm" value="freeswitch"/>
<param name="auth-user" value="freeswitch"/>
<param name="auth-pass" value="works"/>
</settings>
</configuration>
ERROR is:
[root at ss_freeswitch freeswitch]# freeswitch
2009-11-19 20:48:54.189120 [INFO] switch_event.c:565 Activate Eventing Engine.
2009-11-19 20:48:54.190970 [DEBUG] switch_event.c:553 Create event dispatch thread 0

freeswitch/log/freeswitch.xml.fsxml
This will be due to a syntax error somewhere in your configuration.
