[Freeswitch-users] 16 threads didn't exit

I recall someone asking about this before and it has to be one of the
depends.
Do you load anything that is not enabled by default in the standard install.

It says my_ in it could it be mysql ?

Let's google "my_thread_global_end()" and see...
