That's often the problem with appliances: Once the CPU/modo, RAM, SDD/HD,
PSU, case, and a PCI FXO board are computed, we end up with something as
expensive as a regular PC.

Is acrylic easy to work with, eg. using a Dremel? If it is, I could save
money on the case, and stick a PCI card beneath the mobo and have a
stand-alone, compact thingy while still using a standard Linux distro.
