fs can support lots of codecs. you can find the ff variables defined in
vars.xml:
global_codec_prefs
outbound_codec_prefs
then look for "inbound_codec_negotiation" in
sip_profiles/internal.xml,sip_profiles/external.xml if you want your
codec_prefs to set priority or not.
