Thanks for looking into it. 

It just crashed again on the voicemails table after running like a charm for 1 hour: http://pastebin.freeswitch.org/6832

I think I found the problem here... Not 100%... But I did find an issue in
switch_odbc.c... 

I'll have to talk to Tony about this one... There is a condition where we
can return an error and we shouldn't
