Kristian,

It can be used from the dialplan (I'm pretty sure) but all is does is set a
channel variable. It doesn't actually do anything else. It was originally
designed to be used from the event socket. I added the code to set the
channel variable as a proof-of-concept...

If you need it to do more then we'll have to roll up the sleeves and do some
coding. :)
