[Freeswitch-users] Outbound Proxy configuration

Sorry for the stupid question but in what configuration file should I
add such line "sofia/foo/user at that.domain
<http://lists.freeswitch.org/mailman/listinfo/freeswitch-users>
;fs_path=sip:proxy.this.domain" ?
