just like the verbose warning states:
did you look in you user directory and confirm you have a
<domain name="12.345.67.89"> with a <user id="1001"> in there?
open /usr/local/freeswitch/log/freeswitch.xml.fsxml
and look for <directory
and visually confirm it's configured.
