[Freeswitch-users] call getting pre-answered

Calls are getting pre-answered for a reason.  Something is taking  
place like early media and such to pre-answer the call which isn't  
really an ANSWER yet.  It just sets up media.  Once the call is  
actually answered then the clock starts ticking.
