Fring uses private address in contact.fields on some servers ...
on reporting this I got this answer :

I've checked with our SIP guy here and it seems like this is how other SIP
softwares work (X-Lite for example)
According to the SIP stack, Contact header MAY exist and it is not a MUST
parameter.
