[Freeswitch-users] playback_terminator for phrase

Hi,
I have my dialplan set as follows:
<action application="set" data="playback_terminators=#" />
<action application="phrase" data="vm_count,4:new:9:old" />

But the playback terminators does not work when the phrase is being played.

Is the the wrong way of specifying the terminator key for phrase?
