Hello,

Couple of quick questions:
	-- How do I keep FS from sending RPID?  And strip the header? And  
likewise from respecting it?
	-- How do I add a PAI header -- example here of what I thought would  
work -- <action application="set" data="sip_h_P-Asserted- 
Identity=<sip: +17133000522 at 4.71.122.214>" /> ... but it doesn't seem  
to work (proceeding action is to dial a resource outside of the box
	-- How do I strip PAI headers from incoming calls?
