[Freeswitch-users] Need info on pre_answer app

I think that's the same as sending a provisional sip response. It
means that FS have received the call request, but it havent reached
the destination just yet.
One provisional response is 180 which means Ringing.
A final response (200) is sent when the destination user picks up the phone.
guess pre answer can be used if a lenghty process will be used before
the destination picks up, to inform the caller to hang on.
But hey, that's just my guess, i havent really been looking in the FS
sourcecode about it.
