[Freeswitch-users] start a conference with freeswitch

is there anyway to start a conference with a dummy member?
the reason im tryin to do this is im trying to broadcast a conference to
icecast2 using the record to shout://source:password@localhost/mount.mp3 but
i get an MP3 encode error everytime. i figured out a way around that by
relaying the mp3 link in http://localhost:8080/api/telecast/index to
icecast2. the problem im having now is everytime i start a new conference,
the uuid of the call changes so i have to update the link in icecast.xml
a possible solution to this would be to have a conference room that is
always running, or have a consistent uuid for a specific call. is there any
way to set the uuid?
