[Freeswitch-users] [ERR] mod_shout.c:497 write_stream_thread() MP3 encode error -3!

tried the extension you provided and got the same error in freeswitch
console...also checked the icecast2 error log and saw the follow errors

read up on the error and icecast2 seems to be shutting down the stream
because there is no data being sent to the icecast2 server
