[Freeswitch-users] Timeout parameter in originate

Hi,
 We see originate function as follows:

result = new_session.originate(session, dest[[[[[[[[[[, dialplan],
context], cid_name], cid_num], network_addr], ani], aniii], rdnis],
username], to]);

Where to= timeout

When does the timeout counter start, after call to the originate Api, or
after the remote end has picked up the call ?
