[Freeswitch-users] Start Up Problem

When I try to start freeswitch, I get this message

[root at bigblue bin]# ./freeswitch
Error including /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/dialplan/extensions/*.xml
Cannot Initialize [[error near line 1245]: unexpected closing tag </gateways>]


I've rebuild it twice now.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
