If set to true will continue on any and all failures.

You can provide it a list of hangup causes which our here http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Hangup_causes

Then it will only continue if one of those causes is encountered.   
You'll notice I used that in the Local_Extension example in the  
default configuration to go to voicemail when the phone wasn't answer  
and a few others.
