[Freeswitch-users] Periodic FXO hangup failures

We recently purchased a Sangoma A200DX with 2 FXO modules
which we are using with freeswitch running on FreeBSD 6.3.

Every so often at the end of a call freeswitch reports that it has
hung up the line, however the PBX still reports the line off-hook.
The PBX still reports the line off-hook even after rebooting the
PC.  If I connect an analog telephone to the line from the PBX, pick
up the phone, and hang it up then the PBX will report that the line
is back on hook.  It's as if freeswitch and / or the A200DX
forgets to signal the hangup to the PBX.

I've emailed Sangoma however thought to post it here in case it
rings a bell.
