Well. Isn't accept-blind-reg useless then?

If auth-calls is false, then everyone can call, right? No need for
accept-blind reg then
If auth-calls is true, then accept-blind-reg doesnt work (as you said).

I see accept-blind-reg true and auth-calls true as a way to force all
users to register with FS.
It's a bit better then having auth-calls set to false.

Or am I missing something?
