[Freeswitch-users] broken builds after svn update.

I removed some autotools generated files from tree so if you svn  
update an existing working copy you will either have to re-bootstrap  
and configure, or you will need to autoreconf in the libs/libedit dir  
and re-configure in that directory.  This will only be an issue on  
people who update a current checkout.  New checkouts will be fine.
