Actually you have a couple of options... You can setup DNS SRV records  
with equal weights and that should work.  Or you setup one profile on  
sip.domain.com... then setup profiles on sip1.domain.com and  
sip2.domain.com then on sip.domain.com you issue 302 redirects.
