[Freeswitch-users] FS prereqs on Linux

There are lists in the installation guide on the wiki that breaks down  
what packages you need on which distros.  I would assume they are not  
100% complete, if anyone knows packages that are missing from the  
lists, or their distro is not listed, could you please update the page
