a jitter buffer was added, not sure when. There was also a lot of RTP
changes that occured, it may or may not have been resolved, it also
may or may not be a FreeSWITCH[tm] problem, it could be your ethernet
card is sharing an irq and timing out, or the driver for that is buggy
or ...
