[Freeswitch-users] Specify caller id when originating

Check and see if it is being set by the Telco.  I know in my area  
(British Columbia, Canada) our PRI provider (Telus) needs to change  
their ends configuration to "Per station billing" before we can set  
our own Outbound Caller ID.
