The Bald Eagle may especially be a symbol of freedom
however in a way all birds give that sense to some
extent since they can fly.

Here is a couple of alternative options. Just trying
to help provide some ideas.

The Book of World Records calls the Peregrine Falcon
'the fastest bird on earth' in a dive at 217mph.

The Spine-Tailed Swift is the fastest bird on the
level, reaching 106mph.
