[Freeswitch-users] Windows build

We currently provide no binary releases of freeswitch, however we do
provide the code, and what you are looking for definitely works.  It is
a very easy build to do yourself if you have Microsoft visual studio
2005 (the free express edition with the platform sdk installed is fine).
