[Freeswitch-users] Instant Message Gateway

Hello,
 
how can I configure FreeSWITCH to act as a gateway for Instant Messages. For
example it should translate a SIP Instant Message into an XMPP Instant
Message.
 
What I also want to know: Is there any way to react on an received IM with
actions in the Dialplan?
