not really because I wasnt paying attention to the list on that
day/hour/whenever.  I did use your US (NANPA dont omit the other 17 or
18 countries :)  one as a template originally to write the NL one, and
just got to looking at it and it seemed much better to just do it where
the dialplan is more or less fixed, and the variables are the only thing
that changes.

I got to thinking that if I cloned the US one for 5 countries I would
have 6 dialplans that were 99% identical aside from some variable data.

After more discussions about this I think a 5th section may be nice to
add and that would be premium numbers, which would work as a blacklist
regexp if set.  Granted this would only work local, but if you have TDM
plugged in that may be a nice block (except here where even to order the
latest time life christmas music CD or call the incumbant phone company
about service problems you end up calling a premium :/ )
