This is the clue.  Since $${domain} is likely invalid in your config  
once its parsed and loaded it can't find the user.  Look in /usr/local/ 
freeswitch/log/freeswitch.xml.fsxml to see what yours is getting  
parsed to because its set in vars.xml to $${local_ip_v4} in that  
file.  Which might not match.  The console output clearly states it  
can't find the user so verification.
