All numbers aside, we have specifically NOT published specific sizing
data as it is so dependant on your specific application. If you need to
know what hardware you need for a specific application, the ONLY way to
know is to put it in your lab, and see how it performs. At some point
after a release I am sure we will put together some very specific
documented and reproducible test cases for sizing, but at the moment,
that is not our priority.

a couple of months ago, members of the dev team,
had been testing 5k+ calls on a 2 cpu dual-core xeon
so the short answer is yes
