[Freeswitch-users] Is Freeswitch better than Asterisk for me?

Freeswitch at this point is still a little imature to do much except some
basic calling and such.  In time to come yes it will dominate the market
easily.  To answer your question, right now no.  The most you could do
however is create a script or application to do this for you.  You are
more than welcome to come to the -dev side and help freeswitch become the
best telephony application on the market.  There are many ideas floating
around Im sure everyone on the development team would be interested in
hearing your input or help you with the basics to start coding your own
platform.
