They both (as well as the work in progress amr codec module) require the
libraries that they build against to build.  We can not provide those
due to licensing/patent issues, but the code in the module should allow
someone who has a legal library to build a codec with little
modification, please note, these are not built against the intel IPP
g729 code.  We do plan on at some point (probably soon after the first
release depending on demand) offering licensing for those codecs that
have a good patent pool established (729, and probably 723.... but most
likely not AMR).  We will be adding dummy codec modules that do
pass-through soon, we just started discussing those late last week.
