[Freeswitch-users] Windows mod_conference.

For those who were working on mod_conference on windows, I just
committed the fix that allows you to properly use sound files on windows
in mod conference, the config requirement is similar to on *nix, you
must use the full path to the file (ie C:\Windows\Media\blah.wav).  It
knows it's a file and not tts by the ":".   Please test it out and let
me know.
