For those who want to just use an installer I put one out at
http://files.freeswitch.org/Freeswitch.msi.  This file should auto
update soon.

	For those trying to build on windows, there was an error in one
of the build automation scripts that would have prevented you from
building on windows.  This problem is now corrected in svn version 1901.
