I moved a few more. The interesting one is "Abstraction Interfaces".<br>
This is really a guide for the core-development guys. But there isn't<br>
much in the confluence tree that addresses them.<br>

So I popped it under<br>
Community/ContributingCode/NewModules/AbstractionInterface for now, but<br>
I left it visible only to the core-dev group and us.<br>
<br>
Shall I create a top-level topic for "Development" or "Internals" or<br>
"FreeSWITCH-Core" or something along those lines?<br>
