we can make a Skype call with screen sharing if you like. But not today :)

The main motivation was that one huge page is too difficult to use and
maintain. So I started splitting it up into several functional
sections: the core variables, CDR variables, mod_sofia, and so on.

Also application-specific variables went to the corresponding module
page, like mod_conference or mod_spandsp.

Also there's a bunch of timer variables that pop up at the end of a
call, and I put them all in a table, instead of having them in a flat
list, because they are functionally similar.

Also I removed references to source code because they were outdated
and irrelevant.

Also "temp switch core variables" is simply a list of variables that
found in the source code and that need to be documented.

So, in the end it should be documentation that is easy to use and to edit.
