[Freeswitch-docs] Variables Master List Prototype

Hi list,

Take a look:

This page is a list of 266 variables. I think there are about 400 total,
but this one covers all the variables on the Channel Variables page.

Most notably, the variables are actually all individual pages. They are
being included (using Confluence include macro) on to the Variables
Master List page.

Now that it's like this - there is a single source of truth - the
specific page for the variable. This means we can have the flexibility
of having different categories, module variables, and other references
to variables - when the specific variable page is edited, all pages that
include it will be udpated!
